Vegan Guide to
Eastbourne
✩ ✩ ✩
You asked and we’ve
delivered. This is our vegan
guide to Eastbourne.
Whether you’re a newcomer
to being a vegan, or have
been a vegan for decades, we
have done a bit of research,
asked around and tested out a
couple of meals that will
make eating out a whole lot
easier and tastier.
Luckily for you Eastbourners,
there are a fair few
restaurants in our town that
cater for you all. With some
fantastic, flavoursome dishes,
that will leave you wanting
more. We’ll just say the word
TACOS and leave you with
that.
Here are some of the
restaurants that we have
found to have full vegan
menus, and if not a menu,
vegan dishes clearly marked
on the menu.
Half Man Half
Burger
♥ At HMHB you
will find a full vegan
menu which now
includes burgers,
sides, milkshakes
and vegan cheese.
They also
introduced their first
vegan special
(pictured at the top)
called The Beanie
Mother Frickle.
Inside you’ll find a
bean patty, caramelised
red onions,
vegan cheese, deep
fried pickles in
tempura batter and
shredded ice berg.
They only use fresh
ingredients from
Suma and Infinity
and they also have
a dedicated vegan
prep kitchen.

Rodmill Pub
♥ At the Rodmill
pub you will find
a full vegan menu
and we mean full -
starters, mains and
puddings. There are
about 3-4 options
for each course. You
can enjoy courgette
rolls for starters,
chickpea and sweet
potato curry or
a mexican bean
burger for mains,
and enjoy a
chocolate and
coconut torte for
pudding.

Amy’s Cafe
♥ Amy’s Cafe has a great menu on offer
throughout the day and the vegan
options are amazing. The vegan
breakfast looks out of this world - it’s
huge! It includes a chunky slice of
granary toast topped with houmous. A
large flat mushroom served with a grilled
tomato, fried potatoes, baked beans and
fresh avocado. With the option to add
tofu scramble and a vegan sausage. The
lunch menu has a spicy sausage melt
which looks delicious. Also on the menu
- vegan nachos - which are topped with
Violife cheese, houmous and avocado
topped with spring onion and salsa.
