7 reasons to watch Captain Marvel
1. Goose
When you see the movie you will understand this. Goose absolutely steals the show and brings about a load of humour to the movie.
2. Fury’s missing eye
You finally find out why and how Fury lost his eye. Some might not have cared about this or even noticed, but it’s been annoying us since day dot.
3. The music
It is set in 1995, when the music was fantastic. If you’re the same age as we are (early 30s cough cough), then it will be like re-living your youth. Long live the 90s.
4. The Stan Lee Cameo
We did wonder if he would have a cameo in this one and it did. It was lovely and it made us smile.
5. Captain Marvel
We knew nothing about Captain Marvel at all until the end of the last Avengers movie where you saw her being paged. It’s nice to finally understand who she is and why Fury paged her.
6. Avengers End Game tease
The first end of credits scene will have you wishing it was April 25th already. We are counting down the days and we can’t wait! There is a second end of credits scene as well so make sure you stay till the actual end.
7. Female Empowerment
We left the cinema feeling like we could overcome ANYTHING. And then we played No doubt, Just a Girl on full blast all the way home.
