We thought that we would share with you what we normally have for breakfast, when we do stop to have it. Low fat yoghurt, granola, berries and almonds with a green or peppermint tea. We have nooooooo idea if it’s actually healthy, but it tastes so good and we don’t need to snack before lunch. What breakfasts to you go for in the week? Our weekend brekkies definitely do not look like this!
