You need to try this Eggs Benny with a twist at Nelsons this weekend
Breakfast/ brunch might just be our favourite meal of the day. There is not a single thing we hate about it – pancakes, eggs, bacon, maple syrup, we’ve even been known to add ice cream *insert laughing emojis here*. This past weekend we headed on down to Nelsons and tried out their Eggs Benny. Now you might be wondering why this eggs benedict is any different – well let us tell you- it includes bubble and squeak – which is most probably the best thing ever!
It includes 2 cacklebean free range eggs on bubble ‘n’ squeak cakes and fresh hollandaise. You also get the option of adding halloumi, crispy bacon or house cured beetroot salmon. We had the halloumi this week because ya know – HALLOUMI!!!
We can 100% recommend this breakfast. Along with the rest of the menu, but this Eggs Benny is something else.
