We love whipped coffee
Every single morning since all of this began, we have been making whipped coffee. It’s a nice little routine and the coffee is delicious.
If you don’t like cold coffee this isn’t for you, but if you do read on ….
You will need
* 1 tablespoon coffee granules – we’re using Beanies cookie dough flavour granules
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon hot water
* Milk – whatever milk you want to use
* Whisk – we recommend an electric one
What to do
Step 1 – add you coffee
Step 2 – add you sugar
Step 3 – add you water
Step 4 – quick mix
Step 5 – grab your electric whisk and whisk until your coffee has gone to a marshmallow fluff consistency and changed colour.
Step 6 – Grab a glass, add ice cubes if you have any, pour milk almost to the top and then add the coffee mixture on top.
It’s delicious.
If you don’t have an electric mix you can use a manual one but it takes ages, we’re talking about 10 minutes. No ones got time for that!
