Seen as we’ve been talking maternity wear on the website today, we thought that we’d stick with the baby theme and help you with a little baby shower idea. We recently, had to plan a baby shower and after lots of thinking and no ideas, we decided afternoon tea by the sea would be a great idea. We went for the Hydro Hotel because last time we went, we found the staff so accommodating and friendly and this time was no different.
We reserved tables for 15 people, no deposit, which is great. We were initially booked in to have afternoon tea in the conservatory, but they very kindly arranged for us to have a separate space, which was more private. So we could make as much noise and mess as we liked.
The afternoon tea itself, was lovely and for £14.95, you really can’t go wrong. And if you fancy it, order yourself some prosecco, if the Mummy to be doesn’t mind, of course.
