We’ve seen ice baths all over Instagram and although, we’ve never tried them, we’ve always wanted to.
Are we brave enough? Probably not ha!
For those of you who are brave enough, starting from Nov 1st, you will be able to book yourself in for ice bath sessions at the Wellness Warehouse.

An unguided under water cold dip will be £15 and will last for 20 minutes. There are also options to book on for a guided immersion, which is a 35 minute time slot and is priced at £40
