What’s New On The Eastbourne Foodie Scene

Strictly speaking this is what’s new since we last spoke to you all (end of Feb). We were having a wander around Eastbourne town centre over the weekend and lots seems to be lots of newness happening.

The Grub Tub 
Have you been to The Grub Tub yet?
You can find them at 5 Langney Rd. They do Dirty burgers, Dirty fries, Dirty dogs, milkshakes and desserts.

Turkuaz
This will be a new Turkish restaurant for our town and you will be able to find it at the old Prezzo location. No other information to share on this atm, but we will update as soon as we find out more.

Marley’s Turkish Restaurant

This location has had various restaurants over the years, but now it is home to Marley’s Turkish restaurants. We’ve actually heard some pretty good reviews, so we’re going t head down soon and see what yummy food we can taste.
The interior also looks gorge.

Pasargad
Pasargad to home to Persian cuisine and we can’t wait to try it all. They opened back in June, so they have a couple of months to serve the Eastbourne people. The menu looks absolutely delicious and if you happen to be going on a warm Summer day, you can sit outside.

Signor Panino

Signor Panino is a wine house and they of course sell wine, but they also sell cocktails, cheese boards, finger foods and more. The menu looks really fun and thy have some great offers on at the moment.
We were walking past the other day and it is an absolute sun trap. The perfect place to sit outside and watch the world go by with a glass of wine.

Xin Chao
This Vietnamese street food restaurant opened back in April and we also haven’t tried it out yet, so of course this will be added to a very long list that we have to try.

Pret
No idea when this will actually be opening, but we have the location (where Patisserie Valerie used to be) and it looks like some refurb bits and bobs are going on.
We’re excited for whenever it does happen, we love the tuna avo baguettes.


The Bohemian

New owners for The Stage Door pub, was that the name? The one by the Winter Gardens. Anyways, it is now open.
It looks cute inside and the food looks yummy.
