What to watch on Netflix this January
Spinning Out
We’ve heard great things about this ice skating drama. It follows a competitive skater who has lots of issue after a terrible accident on the ice. You watch her try to make a come back and deal with personal issues.
The Witcher
The show that Superman quit for – The Witcher. He plays a monster hunter in a fantasy drama. We’ve heard good things about it and can’t wait to get stuck in over the weekend.
YOU
If you don’t know what YOU is and you haven’t watched it – you are in for an absolute treat. It’s one of the best thrillers that we have watched in a while and it’s so clever how it actually gets you routing for the bad guy.
Downsizing
Start Matt Damon and follows a group of scientists who try to solve the worlds overpopulation crisis by shrinking people.
John Wick 3
Great movies if you can get passed the first 10 minutes of the first movie, which we couldn’t it was so sad. But for John Wick fans, this is great viewing for you.
Unbelievable
Another fab thriller. It won’t win any Oscars, but we absolutely loved it. You’ll be screaming at the TV screen.
Fighting with my Family
This movie follows a family of wrestler wannabes from the UK who want to land WWF contracts. All you need to know is that The Rock is in it, it is based on a true story and is actually pretty inspiring.
Cheer
Love cheerleading? Love watching cheerleading? This is a documentary series, which follows the Navarro college cheerleaders as they prepare for Nationals.
Chilling Adventures of Sabring – Season 3
We’ve been waiting for this season for so long! We were hoping it would come out at Halloween last year, but it didn’t! Anyways roll on January 24th, when we can binge watch it all weekend.
The Ranch – Final Season
We don’t really share that we watch this series, we’re a bit embarrassed, but we actually really like it and we’re gutted that this will be the final season. This is another January 24th release. All previous seasons are still on Netflix, if you’re interested.
The Stranger
After binge watching YOU, we need another thriller to get involved in and Netflix will be release The Stranger on Jan 30th. It will be an eight part series and we can’t wait!
