We’ve reached the end of January, so of course this means that we need to celebrate? Leave the house and to socialise right? brunch? pilates? drinks with the besties, here are a few things to do this weekend …
Grab an exercise class
Studio 39 Pilates & Yoga
We’re fully in our reformer pilates era and there is a newish reformer pilates studio in Polegate that we’ve been dying to try.
The studio offers reformer classes, mat pilates and yoga and more importantly there are lots of free parking spaces.
Check out the timetable here.
Try a new brunch spot
The Perch
We’re talking about a new place to you, not a new place in general and we went to The Perch for brunch or the first time, last weekend and oh my goodness, what a delicious brunch menu and also so well priced.
Book a table here.
Grab a Sunday roast
The Beach Deck
The Beach Deck added a Sunday roast to the menu last month and we’re excited to go and try it out. We have so many great roast dinner spots in Eastbourne and we’re hoping to add another one to our roast dinner rotation.
See the menu here.
Head to Brighton for a burger
The Red Dog Saloon
Opening today in The Mesmerist, The Red Dog Saloon will be serving up some delicious looking hickory smocked BBQ food and burgers.

Feeling Competitive:
Head to The Dice Box
Eastbourne’s first board game cafe opened last week and they have a huge selection of games to choose from. So grab your friends and book your table asap.

Treat Yourself
The Port Hotel
Treat yourself to a little staycation on the seafront at Eastbourne’s prettiest hotel – The Porch.
The sea views are great and the food and cocktails are a 10/10.
We’re planning lots more staycations this year.

Drink New Wine
Levels Wine
This weekend marks the start of the Levels Wine Saturday wine club. The wine club will be happening every Saturday.
The club is £12.40 per person and for that you get to try 3 wines and there will be informal guided tastings at your table.
This weeks wine theme is Merlot.
