7 things that you should never do at a wedding
1. Stand in front of the photographer and take pictures
This one is pretty obvious guys, but you’d be surprised at how many people are OBLIVIOUS to the photographer who are doing their paid for JOB. There is always one person who wants to get the perfect shot for the gram!
2. Wear white
Unless it is a white themed wedding don’t wear white to the big day. This is the brides time to shine and to stand out. Let her have it.
3. Ask the bride of you can add a plus one a week before the wedding
There is nothing more annoying that people who ask to bring a new BF/GF a week before the wedding. No they do not want someone who they have never met before at their wedding. The budget is probably busting at the seams – just do not ask!
4. Slag any part of the wedding off
This is a given really – no one cares that you don’t like the decor, the food, the venue – NO ONE! If you feel that way, just Shhhhhhhh
5. A spontaneous toasts
There are enough toasts at a wedding to keep everyone entertained. You do not need to add you drunk self into the game. That It All!
6. Must RSVP
If you don’t RSVP no you will have a place at the table – the bride and groom would have paid for you to be there and it is just plain rude. If you can’t go a simple text message will suffice and then they don’t need to chase you to get an answer – et voila! The system works – trust us.
7. Sit where you have been placed
Check the table plan, do not complain, sit down in your seat – easy peasey – no one gets hurt. By all means after the food has been eaten, toasts have been done, sit where ever you want.
