What to cosy up and watch on the sofa this week 

Monday 14th January
BBC1; Silent Witness, 9pm
It’s episode 3 of the new season of Silent Witness and this week there is a new crime to solve. This episode looks at a boys murder after being killed in a meth lab explosion. Tune in at 9pm to see what unfolds.

ITV; Cold Feet, 9pm 
It’s a new series of Cold Feet starting tonight. Everyone is dressed up for a wedding but who’s wedding is it? There will be some parenting troubles and some unexpected news for Jenny.

Tuesday 15th January 
E4; Charmed, 9pm
This is the second episode in the re-boot of Charmed. This week sees the girls trying to work out who they can trust via the use of a truth serum that they make up.

C5; Dogs Behaving Very Badly, 8pm
Trainer Graeme Hall tries to solve some of the behavioural issues owners face with their dogs. This week he meets two labradors, who love to pull on the dog walk and also a cross breed called Peggy who loves to escape at any chance she gets.

Wednesday 16th January 
BBC2; Tom Kerridge’s Fresh Start, 8pm
The third instalment of this series. This week Tom helps families to work together in the kitchen and create some great family dinners.

ITV; Cleaning Up, 9pm 
Second episode in this new series. Sam’s money making plans start working. However they come with some troubles.

Thursday 17th January 
C4; Flirty Dancing, 10pm
Ashley Banjo teaches single people a fully choreographed dance, which they perform together the first time that they meet. Ashley hopes to bring the couples together through the art of dance.

C5; Bad Girls Behind Bars, 10pm
A new documentary that gives you a look into the life for women in the Western Massachusetts Regional Women’s Correctional Centre.

Friday 18th January
ITV2; Wrath Of The Titans, 6.55pm
Sequel to Clash of the Titans. Follow the story of  demigod Perseus in his quest to save the human race.

BBC1; The Graham Norton Show, 10pm 
Tonight you will hear from Mary Queen of Scots star Saoirse Ronan (which is out today btw). Also on the sofa tonight is Laura Linney, who you might remember from The Big C or Frasier.

Saturday 19th January 
ITV; The Voice UK, 8pm
You know the Saturday night drill by now – so you know what The Voice is. We didn’t know that it started up again, but it seems it has. So don’t forget to tune in tonight.

ITV; Through The Keyhole, 9.30pm 
We only discovered this show last week and we only tuned in because Danny Dyer was in it. However we quite enjoyed it. You get to see celebrity homes and the celebrities on the game show have to guess who’s home it is. We love it because we are so nosey and love to see the inside of peoples homes.

Sunday 20th January
BBC1; Les Miserables, 9pm  
4th episode in the series. In this episode Cosette has grown into a teenager and questions her closeted life. She wants to start a new life in Paris. If you’ve missed the whole series so far – you can watch it on Iplayer.
