The Rainbow Pub have a new Autumn menu
The Rainbow pub is a firm fave for us if we’re looking for some yummy food at the weekend. Last weekend we kicked off roast dinner season with a Rainbow roast (which we recommend by the way – so many roast potatoes) so we were excited to hear that they have changed the menu up for Autumn. Now we really do love the roasts – but we’re most excited for the planks.
They have a camembert plank – garlic studded whole Sussex camembert, herb and olive oil focaccia, grapes, celery and plum chutney. Defo won’t be sharing this one.
Next up a charcuterie plank – Brighton fennel salami, pastrami, Brighton colla coppa, prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes, mixed olives, artichokes, bocconcini and focaccia.
Lastly the Garden plank – falafel balls, hummus, mixed olives, halloumi, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, sweet potato wedges and spiced tortillas.
Which one would you choose? Because they all sound pretty fabulous, we will defo have to go back multiple times to try them out.
