The Eastbourne restaurant delivering DIY meal kits to make at home
Guys we had so much fun cooking last night. We had food kits from The Little Elephant on Grove Road.
They have launched food kits, which you can now order on their website (here), so that you can cook yummy Thai food at home. They have 6 different food kits to choose from and those are …
* pad thai
* stir-fry cashew nut
* Classic stir fry
* Green curry
* Red curry
* Stir-fry chilli and basil
These kits consist of the sauce that you need for your dish, ready for you to pour in when needed. They are the same sauces that they use in the restaurant, so you know that they are going to be good. You will also receive in your kit the dry products that are needed for the dish, such as rice, noodles, crushed peanuts etc. All you have to do is gran some of the fresh ingredients for when you are ready to use your food kit.
We used the pad thai kit last night and had it with chicken. It was so much fun to put together. The instructions were so easy to follow and fool proof. We’re not that great in the kitchen and the end result was DELICIOUS. Honestly so so good. We can’t wait to have it again.
We think that this is such a fab idea and also a great way to support a local Eastbourne business right now. Tonight we will be having a green curry with chicken and we can’t wait to eat it.
