We told you about The Eight Bells Valentine’s Day tasting menu a few weeks a ago (Read here). And now they have a giveaway going on over on their socials where you can get the chance to win said tasting menu for Valentine’s Day.
The 6 courses look a bit like this – Starting with Maldon Oyster with Dill, pickled strawberry and shiso.
Followed on with Truffle en croute with celeriac puree, wild mushroom and vintage port sauce.
For the 3rd course you will get Olive oil poached trout with baby beetroot, caviar and dill sauce.
Next up is a fillet steak to share, with beef fat chips, broccoli and leek gratin, radicchio and red love apple salad, au poivre sauce, bearnaise and cafe de paris.
And then to finish Tunworth bread and butter pudding with walnut ketchup and lastly Dark chocolate fondant with cherry yoghurt ice cream.
