The Valentine’s Day menus are finally being released and we will be doing a round up of the best ones we think you should book later on in the week.
But we this one stood out to us and we had to share ….
The Eight Bells has released a six course tasting menu for Valentine’s Day.
The tasting menu is £75 and an additional £45 if you would like wine pairing added into the experience, which we always recommend as it makes it a really fun night out.
The six courses starts with Maldon Oyster with Dill, pickled strawberry and shiso. Followed on with Truffle en croute with celeriac puree, wild mushroom and vintage port sauce. For the 3rd course you will get Olive oil poached trout with baby beetroot, caviar and dill sauce. Next up is a fillet steak to share, with beef fat chips, broccoli and leek gratin, radicchio and red love apple salad, au poivre sauce, bearnaise and cafe de paris. And then to finish Tunworth bread and butter pudding with walnut ketchup and lastly Dark chocolate fondant with cherry yoghurt ice cream.
