Where to get your superfoods in Eastbourne for a fraction of the price
We’re still in our New Years resolution health kick – believe it or not – not including our food reviews mind. So we thought we would share where we get our superfoods from in Eastbourne. The shop in question is the Grape Tree (the one near The Card Factory) You can grab everything that you need for nearly half the price of other health food shops. Last weeks shopping list included –
Spirulina – £3.99
Bee Pollen – £4.49
Maca – £3.99
Ground Almonds £5.99
Flaxseed £1.19
Absolute bargains. You can get a whole load of other things in there as well so it’s worth having a little wander around the shop.
