We thought we’d share our fave little kitchen gadget with you – its a vegetable spiralizer – which we mentioned in our january faves this month (seen here). We got this one from Amazon, but they do sell them in Lakeland, although a little bit pricier.
All you need to do is pick your veggie of choice (cucumber) pop it in the spiralizer and twist. It’s definitely an arm workout thats for sure. One side makes the above spirals and the other side makes spaghetti shaped vegetables.
Doesn’t it make a basic salad just that little bit more appetising. Next up, we’re going to give spaghetti squash a go and sweet potato curly fries.
