Skylark have a new Autumn menu and it looks delicious
We love a new menu as it of course means new food to try. Woo hoo! Skylark do fabulous seasonal menus and if you have yet to take a trip on down to Skylark, we highly recommend that you get yourself booked in ASAP.
They have just launched a new Autumn menu and it sounds great. We mean how good does the smoked haddock, leek and smoked Applewood cheddar fish cakes, with saffron aioli look?
Other dishes available to try are braised Sussex beef short-rib and handmade pumpkin and sage gnocchi to baked Camembert to share and Sussex pork belly. Hands up if you’re booking a table as you read?
