Show to binge watch this weekend: Cobra Kai
We’ve just started watching this Netflix TV show and it is so good. We’re not saying to have to be a Karate Kid movie fan, but if you are, you’ll be obsessed.
We only popped it on to see what it’s all about and we’re soooo hooked.
It’s all about the Karate Kid, but with the 2 main characters being from the original movie. Yes the actual karate kid – Danny LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence – who lost to the karate kid way back in the day. The rivalry between the two continues and it makes for an interesting watch. Both Danny and Johnny now have kids, and the story unfolds with them as well. You will still see your standard wax on wax off and plenty of bonsai trees.
You can also expect lots of flash backs to the previous movies. Absolute 10/10 from us.
