Here are two of our favourite sea bass dishes to eat in Eastbourne
We’ve not had a huge amount of sea bass really, maybe a maximum of 10 dinners ever that involved sea bass. However, in the name of research and the fact that we eat out A-LOT, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to eat dishes that we perhaps would have bypassed before. Sea bass is one of those, but has quickly become a firm favourite and we can round it down to 2 of our favourite sea bass dinners in Eastbourne and here they are ….
Curried sea bass at The Little Elephant
This is the first ever curry we have had that hasn’t been chicken (insert laughing emojis here) and wow was it good. This has to be the favourite meal we have eaten this year – bold statement right there we know. So if you’re ever at The Little Elephant on Grove Road order the curried sea bass and thank us later. You can read our latest review of The Little Elephant in the last issue of Eastbourne lifestyle’s digital magazine here.
Crispy whole sea bass at Thai Terre East Dean
Wow is all we have to say about this. It was so good and flavoursome. We could have actually had two of these which is terrible isn’t it? but it was just so delicious. We also loved the presentation of it. Highly recommend this one as a side to share with someone else to go alongside your mains. So so so delicious.
