5 places to eat this weekend
Bill’s
We had no idea that eggs benedict and chips was even a thing, but we happily ordered and we loved it. Super filling though, so go with an empty stomach.
The Ivy (Tunbridge Wells)
Not Eastbourne we know, but it was worth the trip. This is a HLT open sandwich and it was delicious! We’re obsessed with halloumi at the moment and this kept those halloumi cravings at bay. You can check out the brunch menu for The Ivy here.
Nando’s
We love chicken and chip and we love Nando’s so we were very excited when Nando’s opened it’s Eastbourne doors on Wednesday.
Cru
This burger at Cru was absolutely delicious. This was the Cru Wagyu burger and it tasted as good as it looks. Inside you will find hand minced prime Wagyu chuck patty, crispy king crab wonton, seaweed salad, wasabi mayonnaise and a black onion seed bun.
Nelson Coffee
We’re almost weekend residents here – ha ha! We tried the chroizo hash and added halloumi because – halloumi! It was good. The most filling breakfast that we have had there so far. Actually needed a nap after eating this. Defo worth the trip.
