Pinch of Nom recipe that we’re obsessed with right now
We absolutely love the Pinch of Nom recipes and we cook so many from the cook books. However our favourite one at the moment – it’s forever changing – is this Chicken breast with balsamic cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
We only made this because we didn’t have anything else in the kitchen to make the rest of the recipes but we had a big old bottle of balsamic.
OMG so surprisingly tasty.
