If you’re a pizza lover then this recipe/ genius idea is the one for you. Just look at this cheese melting beauty – the pepperoni pizza melt.
What you need:
2 slices of cut bread
Pepperoni
Grated cheese
Pizza sauce
Lay your bread flat and start to assemble your pizza first up pizza sauce
Next up add your cheese
Then lastly your pepperoni or whatever topping you choose
Place the bread on top of each other. Add butter into a pan, melt and then place the pizza melt into the pan. If you have an oven tray of casserole dish lid place it on top of the bread so that it is squashed a little bit.
Leave for 3 minutes, add some more butter and then flip the sandwich/ melt over carefully and leave for another 3 minutes. By this time the cheese should be nicely melted. If that is the case, then you are done.
It may not look amazing, but it certainly smelly great. Let it cool down slightly, cut in half and then tuck in.
