Our Eastbourne Summer Bucket List
Now that’s it’s nearly August, we thought that we would share our Summer bucket list. The Summer flies by so fast, we often forget to do certain things or we don’t get round to our beach picnic or a garden wine night with the girls. Summer already feels like it’s slipping away, so if it’s on the list we gotta do it.
1. Throw a Love Island viewing party
This is happening tonight – as it’s the last episode of the season. Prosecco, doritos and the girls – watching Danni win Love Island.
2. Have dinner at The Beach Deck whilst watching the sun go down
Sitting outside at The Beach Deck on a warm Summers evening, whilst sipping wine and looking out to sea sounds just about perfect.
3. Go strawberry picking
We’re not too sure if we’ve missed the season already but strawberry picking at Sharnfold Farm is what we wanna do.
4. Take a BBQ pack down to the beach one evening and enjoy S’mores by the sea
We’re picking up a BBQ pack from Tesco and a S’mores pack from B and M and then heading down to the beach one weekend evening. To eat all the marshmallowey goodness to our hearts content.
5. Have a BBQ in the garden and invite all the girlies round
All the girls say this every single year and we never get round to having one. The Summer just disappears and before you know it, it’s Autumn and everyone is back at school.
6. Watch a movie outside in the garden on a projector
If the weather that we’ve been having (the last 3 days not included) continues we’re going to have an outdoor cinema night in the garden. Piling up all the pillow and putting on all the fairy lights.
7. Be a tourist in Eastbourne
The idea of having a staycation in Eastbourne gets more and more appealing each year. We love the thought of being tourists in our home town and just enjoying everything that Eastbourne has to offer.
8. Make Frozen rose
This might sounds slightly random, but we’ve never made Frose and we really want to give it a go one evening. All the ladies around, enjoying the hot weather and chatting about all the important stuff.
