Don’t forget it’s Operation Christmas Child Time
It’s shoe box time again and the Operation Christmas Child is now live. There is a month left to fill your shoe boxes with lovely little treats for kiddos less fortunate around the world.
What you will need to do is find a medium size shoe box and wrap it up. The lid separately of course as your shoe box is empty at this point. Download a label for who the box is intended for (here). Is it going for a boy or a girl and obviously what age the shoe box is intended for. Fill your box with cute gifts that a child of that age might love. You can have a look at the gift ideas here. They do ask that you do not gift sweets or toothpaste because of custom regulations.
Your shoe box collection dates are November 11th – 18th.
And your drop off point in Eastbourne is Cafe Nero on Terminus Road and also A-Plan Insurance on Cornfield Road. More drop off collections will be added on the collection week and you can keep up to date here with those drop offs.
