Movie Review: Wonder Woman 1984

Movie review: Wonder Woman 1984

We don’t want to start with a negative, but we feel that we need to get this out of the way – the first Wonder Woman was way better – there we’ve said it – now we can move on.

**No Spoilers here**

It’s definitely different, obviously it’s set in 1984, where Wonder Woman has continued to save lives, stay anonymous, eat dinner out by herself and just generally keep herself to herself. If you’ve seen the movie previews you will know that a certain someone seems to have come back from the dead and that’s pretty much, kinda, definitely, almost what the movie is about. The first half seems a bit slow and blah, however the second half is better with more of what you’d expect from a Wonder Woman movie.

We feel harsh and we’ll definitely have to give the movie another watch as we really want to love it as we were such huge fans of the first movie. We’ll update you on that one, if we do.

If you wanna know if we’d pay the £15.99 that Sky has it on offer for – the answer is no. Unless you have a HUGE TV screen – like a 60 inch + with incredible surround sound as that might make the movie better.
