Massive fans of movies like Batman, Superman, X-Men, Deadpool and all those kind of movies and although we didn’t know what Suicide Squad actually was, we have been waiting for it to come out for the best part of a year. We were disappointed that it received such bad reviews in the press, but you just can’t please everyone and we had to go and see it for ourselves. And we’re very glad that we did, it was great.
We loved how they introduced the characters and then told you little bits about their back ground and how they ended up where they were today. Deadshot (Will Smith) and Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) really stole the show for us, but that were the most likeable characters – not just the fact that it was Will Smith and Margot Robbie. It was fast paced, a bit weird at times and the special effects were a bit old school Ghostbusters, but other than that really great.
The most common bad review was that they were very disappointed that the joker wasn’t featured in it as much as they were expecting, but we thought he was in it, just the right amount. It was perfect for the story and needed for Harley Quinn’s part in the movie. If you love DC and Marvel movies you’ll love this one.
Best quote: Harley Quin: Huh? What was that? I should kill everyone and escape? Sorry. The voices. Ahaha, I’m kidding! Jeez! That’s not what they really said.
