Well what can we say about this other than WOW! We’ll keep it brief as we don’t want to give the game away. It definitely deserved it’s 15 rating. It was a whole lot darker than expected and it was everything we wanted it to be and more.
The movie is set in 2029 when mutants are almost very nearly extinct – hunted down by baddie Pierce (Boyd Holbrook). Logan has spent his days hiding away, drinking and limo driving. He works to earn money so that he can look after Professor X and keep him away from the world and also in turn saving to world from his seizures. That is until a mysterious woman enters his life and asks/ pleads Logan to look after this young girl and take her across the border to safety.
That is where we will stop and you need to watch it.
The only thing we would say about this movie – is why did the girl have a Spanish accent when all of the other kids she was brought up with had American accents!? Hmmmmmmmmm.
Anyway 5/5 from us – what a movie. Go and watch it.
