Movie review: Holidate
Holidate is a cheesy holiday Christmas movie. Super cheesy, but it’s great. It follows Sloane (Emma Robert), who is 30 and single during the Christmas holiday (we know how that feels) and the her brother gets engaged on Christmas day which tips her over the edge.
She meets a gorgeous bloke in a shopping mall whilst returning unwanted Christmas gifts and that is when they decide to become each others Holidate so that they never have to spend another holiday on their own – with no strings attached. So Easter, V-Day, Halloween, Thanks Giving, July 4th and Christmas. And then the love story unfolds.
