Movie of the week: Like a Boss
We absolutely loved Like a Boss. It was hilarious throughout. Definitely aimed at females – chick flick at it’s best.
We laughed so much, our cheeks ached. But with Rose Byrne being one of the lead actresses we expected nothing less.
The plot is – two bestest friends run a business together. Which is in debt and all their friends think that they should settle down and have babies before it’s too late. They get a business offer they can’t refuse, but they gain a business partner who plays them off against each other and steals their ideas.
You then get to follow the break up, the come back and a great little twist.
It’s stupid, unbelievable, dramatic and absolutely ridiculous at points, but hilarious.
Definitely worth going to see with the girls that’s for sure. The one liners will have you cracking up and the baby shower behaviour will make you spit your prosecco out.
The ending will give you all the good feels and leave you feeling all warm and happy.
