We were invited down by the lovely Ladies at Lush this past Saturday to test out some of their products. We came home with quite a few as you can see from the pictures – Lucky us. We were taken around the shop by Leah (possibly – absolutely terrible with names), she knew everything there was to know about Lush. And there is more to Lush than just bath bombs – who knew. We’re obsessed with their bath bombs here, so anything else should be amazing. We will be reviewing everything that we received as and when we use them including hair care, moisturising bars, lips scrubs, shower gels, face creams and of course, the bath bombs.
We learnt a little bit about their hair care range, which we didn’t even know existed. That little pin macaroon looking thing in the picture – is shampoo! Actual shampoo. You rub it like soap and then it goes into a lather to wash your hair or you can rub it on your hair and wash that way. It’s a favourite with people travelling the world because that one macaroon wannabe bar lasts 3 times longer than a bottle of shampoo. Absolute genius. They also have conditioners in a bar – an actual soap bar. Each product is for a different hair care reason such as dry, damaged, shiny etc etc. You should definitely go and check that range out and ask one of the girls to help you – they know everything.
They currently have a Valentines day range out, which you should check out, have a sniff and take home your fave. You should also have a looksie at the V- day lip scrub. Firstly it’s edible, secondly it’s good for your lips and thirdly it had sprinkles and hearts inside. Oh and it smells so so good.
If you find Lush a bit overwhelming, don’t panic, the girls are lovely and very helpful, if you want their help that is. Smell everything, you might be surprised at what you actually find yourself liking. We’re looking forward to testing out there tan bars – yes they even do tan!
