We didn’t actually know that Patisserie Valerie had outside seating – did anyone else? It’s a brilliant little sun trap, so we just thought that we’d share our lunch for the weekend with you.
The food was actually really yummy. Especially the potato salad – perhaps the best potato salad we’ve ever tasted. So So good. The Croc monsieur was probably the best thing we have ever tasted – for those, like us who have no idea what it is – it’s a ham and cheese fried sandwich – such a fancy name.
The club sandwich was also great – and it came with crisps – winning!
The food really was fantastic and so well priced, the only down side was the service, which was weird. Our order was taken pretty quickly, the food took quite a while to arrive and the drinks and coffee came out 10 minutes after the food.
Don’t let that put you off though, the staff were lovely and friendly.
