” You will have seen all the improvements we have been making since the lockdowns … new verandah, outdoor heaters, landscaping, play equipment, new coaching programme. All this has been funded from your coffees and cakes! The Tennis Cafe is a not for profit organisation that reinvests any surpluses back into the facility (no director dividends!).
WE NOW NEED YOUR HELP. Our floodlights have needed unexpected total replacement and that has killed our Covid depleted reserves. We now are struggling to complete the garden planting and cannot proceed with the needed court re-surfacing. With the help of Sport England, who have pledged £8000, we have launched a crowdfunding campaign and would be so grateful if you would consider donating. Also, if you’ve got any fundraising ideas please let us know. “
