Skylark will be hosting a Long Man brewery dinner on March 8th at 7pm.
The event is being hosted by Stephen Perrin, the Head Brewer and Tom O’Neill, the Sales Director.
Skylark will be pairing a 5 course menu of small plates to 5 beers from the Long Man portfolio.
They will be talking you all through the background to the brewery and how they make their unique and delicious beers from homegrown, regeneratively farmed barley.
The dinner and beer pairing will be £70 per person.
