Leave Your Cooking To The Pros! Skylark Has A New Menu To Try Out

Skylark have a new Autumnal menu that they would like you to know about.

And pictured above is a new venison dish – which includes wild Sussex venison loin with wild mushroom gratin, roasted parsnip, hedgerow sauce, creamed squash and crispy shoulder croquette! We were immediately sold at the mention of a croquette – give us 10,000.
