The Lamb In: What
We’ve never been to The Lamb Inn – ever and we didn’t even know it existed, but we ended up there, so of course we had to share it with all of you. For those of you, like us, who didn’t know it existed, The Lamb Inn is off the Marsh Road in Hooe. It’s a cute little place for a Sunday and we bet it would be amazing on a sunny day. As it was a Sunday, we thought it would be packed, it wasn’t but it was busy.
The Lamb Inn: Food
We all had different mains, Hunters Chicken, steak, roast pork, roast lamb and roast beef, cheese burger and chips and also something for the kiddo – PIZZA. They really do have a fabulous looking menu, with lots on offer and something for everyone. So what were are thoughts – the roasts were perfect. The burger was yummy. The steak was a bit too tough. The kiddos pizza went down amazingly so all in all a very happy Sunday lunch.
Of course as it was Sunday we all had to have a pudding. We all opted for the apple and rhubarb crumble, which was so so so good and we can 100% recommend.
The Lamb Inn: The verdict
We know it was Sunday and the staff were busy, but the service was extremely slow. Can’t be helped we know. Other than than it gets a thumbs up from us.
