LADIES’ MAN SHEP SEEKS SPECIAL SOMEONE
An endearing Border Collie with a sensitive side; it may take Shep time to build trust in new people but allowing him the time he needs will be truly worth your wait. He’s hopeful to find understanding owners who could support him in developing more self-confidence, while allowing him to do so at his own pace.
Once you’ve made friends, Shep will relish your company and will show you his true, silly and affectionate character. This active four-year-old enjoys fun activities that he can do alongside his Special Someone. Treat training, agility and relaxing walks in quiet, rural areas will be a great way to build up a bond with him.
Much more of a ‘ladies’ man’, Shep can be worried by strangers but is particularly wary of men, so cannot live in a male-only household. He’s looking for a quiet, adult-only home with minimal visitors and with no more than three people. Shep enjoys the company of other friendly dogs so he could have walking buddies, but he will need to be the only pet at home.
We are certain that Shep will make for a loving and loyal companion to experienced owners who are keen on helping him to continue developing his skills, while also supporting him with some of his insecurities. If you think you could be the one that Shep’s been waiting for, please don’t hesitate to contact the Dogs Trust Shoreham on 01273 915100.
