Indoor drive in cinema happening this Autumn
Anyone else get excited for outdoor cinema screenings of their fave movies? We do! We do!
Even better than that? A drive in indoor cinema! You might think – In Autumn it will be cold – WELLLLLL – let us just tell you about that ….
It’s an indoor drive in cinema screening! Way hay! No need to risk any of the outside elements. You get to sit inside your car and watch a movie on the big screen American style.
This will be held at the South of England Showground (in conjunction with Cinestock UK) all Autumn and Winter.
Running dates are from Friday 11th October up until Sunday 22nd December.
There will be 33 films showing over 17 nights on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, including special Halloween and Christmas film specials. There will be early and late evening screenings available. The indoor drive-in cinema will offer space for 60 vehicles and everyone will have a great view.
There will also be street food and drinks available and delivered direct to your car.
Films on offer vary from family favourites such as Aladdin, The Goonies, Small Foot, and The Greatest Showman, to classics such as Top Gun, Back to the Future, Dirty Dancing, Forrest Gump, Pulp Fiction, and Smokey and the Bandit. Seasonal greats will also be screened including Ghostbusters, The Blair Witch Project, Scream, Seven, and Silence of the Lambs in celebration of Halloween, and National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, Love Actually, Die Hard, Home Alone, The Grinch, and The Polar Express in December for Christmas.
