How you can help Warming up the Homeless in Eastbourne

Have you heard about Warming up the Homeless before?

Here is a bit about what they do …

” We are a registered charity ( CIO) helping the homeless communities of Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Eastbourne and surrounding areas .
We feed, clothe and support in excess of 460 men, women and children a week from Hastings to Brighton.
As well as food and hot drinks, we provide welfare and advocacy, a home starter scheme for those moving into temporary, emergency or permanent housing, a rapid response team, a satellite food bank plus we are part of a multi agency discipline, both statutory and third sector.”

At the moment they are looking for donations of crisps and tinned items such as beans and sausages and tinned meat. If you can help in anyway or you have food in your kitchen that you don’t need – see the collection points below – there are so many places to go, so you won’t need to go far.
