We say it each year, but the Spring/ Summer time really crops up on us. Today is the first day that has been warm enough to not wear a coat of a jumper, but just a top and then we realised we’re not sunshine ready. There is absolutely no colour on our skin right now, so obviously we made a bee line to town to pick up all sorts of tan.
Skinny Tan 24 Hour Bronzer
This tan has been raved about on social media, so we were excited to give it a go, however, first impressions, it’s not that great. We know that you have to exfoliate before you tan, which we did, but it stuck to every little dry patch. There might be many reasons it didn’t look great – rubbish tanning mit, time of the month, just doesn’t go with testers skin. We’ll keep you updated on this one as we will be giving it another try next week.
St Moritz Fast Self Tanning Foam
This tan is way better that the original St Tropez mousse. It smells better and also glides on like silk. The colour is instant, but the longer you leave it on to wash off, the darker you’ll be. We left it on for 2 hours, just because we were impatient and it was a lovely natural glow that lasted for about 2 days. We’re excited to leave it on for the full four hours and look like we’ve been on a week holiday.
St Tropez Instant Tan
This instant tan comes in 2 shades and we love them both. The lighter shade came on last years holiday and we put it on ever single morning before we hit the beach, so that we didn’t look to pasty. Great for an instant gorgeous tan.
St Tropez Gradual Tanner
This St Tropez gradual tanner is a new product to us and we have not used it yet, but we have heard amazing things. We will do a full blog post on this one next week after it has been applied 4/ 5 days in a row. We don’t want to suggest a bad product. Fingers crossed.
