The Eastbourne Fitness & Well-Being Festival is taking place on October 15th.
This will be a one day event and there will be a full timetable of fitness demos for you to try on the day.
You can do every single one if you wish.
They have the following classes happening on the day and each one is 20 minutes long ….
10am // Yoga
10.30am // Pilates
11am //Jagua
11.30am // Tyga/Konga
12pm // Yoga
12.30pm // Core & Pelvic Floor
1pm // Mini first aid
1.30pm // Stronger Mumma
2pm // Relaxation sound bath
2.30pm // Bootcamp
3pm // Womans Kickboxing
3.30pm // Swoove
All demo classes are free and will be happening at Polegate Community Association.
