Eastbourne Tennis Cafe closes until further notice
Eastbourne Tennis Cafe has announced that they will be closing until further notice. Announcing the news on Facebook they wrote:
“We are no longer able to square the circle between the latest government advice recommending social distancing and the fact that we run a lovely social cafe.
In the interests of public health, and most particularly our customers, staff, their friends and families, we have made the decision to close the cafe temporarily.
At the moment we plan to keep running the tennis outdoors and parents are welcome to watch from the studio verandah.
These are unprecedented times but we will get through it and we’ll all be eating lovely fresh scones again soon!
