The title of this post should really be how to make a healthy dinner really unhealthy – just add crisps as it turns out, but it tasted so good. We found this idea on Pinterest and then adapted it a bit.
What you will need:
Chicken breast
Bacon frazzles
Grated parmesan
Egg
Salad bits
Add the bacon frazzles to your nutri bullet and whizz it all up into little crumbs, crack your egg and mix it up. Then cut your chicken into little bite sized chunks.
Then grab a bit of chicken at a time, pop it in the egg, then mix it in the parmesan, the the crisps. Repeat this with all of your chicken and then throw it all in your wok.
Get your salad ready whilst the chicken is cooking, when the salad is ready just pop it on the plate and your good to go.
