The only thing you’ll ever need to do in the kitchen again. This is amazing and super easy and you can whip it up in 20 minutes from start to finish. What more could you want in life? Once you’ve tried this – not much more. Heaven in a croissant wrapped case.
What you need :
Croissant pastry
Apricot jam
Camembert
Whatever you want to dip – we opted for chilli heat wave doritos
This stuff is just amazing! You just unwrap the tube and the pastry pops out!
Unravel it and you’re ready to roll.
Roll the pastry out flat and take off one triangle off each end. Make sure it’s the opposite on each side. Add some apricot jam all over.
Use the two spare triangles to make two croissants, which you can use later to dip.
Wrap the pastry around the camembert. Do each side one after the other adding the longer bits of the pastry to wrap around the side of the cheese. Make sure that the camembert is completely covered up and then you’re ready to pop it in the oven at 200C for 10 – 15 minutes, just keep an eye on the pastry and remove when it starts to go golden brown.
Choose your dipping foods – chilli heat wave doritos are an absolute fave. We found apples and grapes a little bit too sour.
Grab a napkin and a spoon and get stuck in.
It’s seriously the best thing we have ever tasted. Also we love cheese, a love of cheese helps.
