Breakfast/ brunch at the weekend is a MUST on both days and something that should never be missed, unless your hungover AF and it becomes lunch. A firm favourite of ours for breakfast/ brunch is Nelson’s. It was the first of it’s kind in Eastbourne and just keeps bringing amazing Instagram worthy dishes every single day. The specials that they have are out of this world and we’re still breakfast dreaming about the huevos rancheros – please bring it back as a menu must have!
The selections include classics like eggs benny with a twist and boy is it the best twist in the whole wide world (see here), also add halloumi, some insanely good pancakes – American style we might add and also home to the best veggie breakfast we’ve ever tried and we’re not even vegetarian.

Also did we mention that they serve alcohol? No, well they do. Now that makes them officially the best place for a weekend brunch.
