Where to get huevos rancheros in Eastbourne
All your breakfast/ brunch dreams have been answered …. at Nelson’s. If you follow us on Instagram, you will already know that we go to Nelson’s most Saturday mornings. They do great food and most importantly for all you millennials – the most instagrammable dishes in Eastbourne.
Last week they introduced a new dish to the menu, well quite a few, you can see the whole menu here. However the dish in question was the huevos rancheros, with an option to add chorizo – which you absolutely must add – it’s amazing.
We’re going to let the pictures do the talking, but this is absolutely 100% worth the visit. It tastes so amazing!!!!! Not too HOTTTT and not bland in the slightest – just perfect.
