Bistrot Pierre Has Launched A Special Mother’s Day Menu

Bistrot Pierre has launched a special Mother’s Day menu

Families across the country have had to wait two years to celebrate Mother’s Day together with their friends and loved ones, outside of the home.

So this year Bistrot Pierre in Eastbourne has designed a special three-course menu to give families a chance to get back together this Mother’s Day.

The independent French restaurant group has launched its delicious menu for everyone to enjoy in celebration of mums, mother-figures and loved ones, so the whole family can relax and savour this special occasion.

Available on Sunday 27th March, guests can enjoy a range of Bistrot classics including smoked mackerel pâté and Lyonnaise salad to start, followed by much-loved favourites such as a Sunday roast – which features a choice of roast rump of beef or half roasted chicken with all the trimmings – and the restaurant’s signature dish for over 25 years – boeuf bourguignon.

Bistrot Pierre has also introduced a selection of delicious new dishes, including a roast pork belly with crispy crackling, and herb-crusted fillet of salmon with risotto, spring vegetables and a saffron infused sauce.

To finish, diners can choose from a mouth-watering selection of desserts, as well as gluten free options featuring a praline and chocolate bombe and crème brûlée – all created by Bistrot Pierre’s talented team of chefs.

The Mother’s Day menu is £24.95 for three courses and is available all day on Sunday 27th March only.
