For bigger, fuller lips without getting fillers or using the evil lip plumping gloss, all you need is a bit of cream highlighter.
Gently apply conceler with a small brush above the cupid’s bow and the outer corners of the lower lips, dont blend just dab with your forefinger. For this we used Topshop’s Glow highlighter in Gleam, which is currently available in the Eastbourne store.
