Beauty products we’re loving this week
Revolution Baking Oil
Sarah Ashcroft recommended this in her latest drugstore make up tutorial (seen here). We were on the look out for something new to pop on as a make up base, so we thought we’d give this one a shot.We like it so far, but a full review will be coming up on it once we’ve been using it for a couple of weeks or so. It’s currently half price at Superdrug – which makes it only £3 – bargain. You can check it out online here, but it is currently sold out on the site. We’re not sure if it’s currently in stock in Eastbourne, but we will let you know once we know.
The Body Shop Drops Of Youth
This product has been getting a huge amount of hype in the media recently, so we caved and gave it a shot. Again we haven’t been using this long enough to reap the youthful benefits, but now we are in our 30s (sob), we’re trying anything we can to keep us looking like we’re in our 20s. This serum is part of a whole collection, which we’re excited to test out. You can buy Drops of Youth here.
Topshop Liquid Highlighter
Any Topshop highlighter you see needs to be snapped up and added into your make up bag. They are the BEST highlighters that we have ever tried and we absolutely loved them from the start. We love all 3 of the colours that are available, but currently obsessing over Misty. Blaze will be amazing for your Summer holiday glow with a tan as well. You can grab yourself a liquid highlighter here.
Barry M All Night Long Full Coverage Concealer
This is a new addition to the make up bag. Thoughts so far – it is son creamy a little goes a long way. Less is definitely more with this product. The lightest shade is super light so maybe opt for the medium version. We got milk, so that we could brighten, but it is super light so we should have gone for cookie. Just some food for thought there when choosing your colour. You can grab yours from Boots or Superdrug or online here.
Skin Republic Collagen Hydrogel Under Eye Patch
We’ve been testing out a lot of Skin Republic’s products and we have loved all the face masks and foot masks that we have tried so far. We were pretty excited to give these eye masks a go and start using them more often as part of our weekly beauty regime. So far so good. We’ve only used one eye mask so far and we loved the way it made our under eye area feel. We imagine these would also be great on a Sunday morning when you only got 3 hours sleep that night! You can grab yours in Superdrug or online here.
